Wordless Wednesday

Katie has decided she's old enough to wash her own hair in the bathtub. 

 Step 1- Stick head face under the water.

Step 2- Blow bubbles in the water.

Step 3- Come up for air.

Step 4- Make sure your hair is all over your face. (If not, use hands to mess it up)

Step 5- smile and repeat.

And some people think that this lil girl looks like and takes after me.... {shaking head, rolling eyes}

My parents and sister were up this past weekend.  So I got to celebrate my 30th birthday, yet another time!!!  (Daddy was busy working)

These kids are crazy for candles.

This video is poor quality, and doesn't even come close to doing justice.. but it gives you the basic idea. 

John.. hands on his hips.. marching across the pavilion... strutting his stuff... smiling at anyone (especially Daddy) who would look at him (everyone).  He'd make the circle, go out on the grass, then come back in, and repeat.  Hands on hips, marching through!

Fun at the Lake

Three Mom's + 1 Grandma + 10 kids (7 and under) + sand + lake= a busy but fun day

Just beyond the trees on the right side of the above pic, we found a lil beach, just off of the main beach... and had it all to ourselves.  Well, all 14 of us.  It was PERFECT.

There is one year and two weeks between these two boys.  One has brown eyes.  One has blue eyes. Both have two younger sisters, and one lil brother. Where you find one, you'll likely find the other.
