Jack Frost

The kids are very excited when they wake up and see that "Jack Frost" has come during the night. One Sunday morning (7:30) Benji & Carolyn got their boots and coats on, and went to see Jack (in their pj's). Now they are thrilled to see it snow! We've had enough snow for a snowman one Saturday, but G'pa and G'ma T have those pictures!

Katie Bug

Katie has taken a HUGE interest in combing her own hair. She actually does very good, but this time she was combing from the bottom up.

In the other picture Katie is watching for a goldfish in the flower vase. She sat there for a loong time, shining the flashlight in the water... but no fish!

Catch Up

We FINALLY got our internet hooked up and running. So today I'll try to get up-to-date.

This picture dates back to the end of Sept, when John got his 1st haircut. I don't have any pictures of the actual event, because I was holding his head still! He did very well, just wanted to watch Daddy cut.

Alive and Well

It has been almost 2 months since our last updated! We have tons of pictures to add, but they'll have to wait for another time. Good news... we got our own computer... bad news... we still don't have the internet hooked up...

Tubby is 1 year old!!!

It is so hard to believe that our baby is 1 yr old already!! Time has just flown. (For those who wondering...John's nickname is Tubby...which he actually responds to!) He had 2 birthday parties; one with my family and another with Benjamin's family. The 1st time, he just picked up his little cake, and went to town eating. The 2nd time, he fingered the frosting, squishing it in his hands, then started to eat it.

John started walking a few weeks ago, taking a few steps whenever it suited him. Now, he walks all the time! At his dr appt this week he weighed 22#6oz and was nearly 31" ( if I am recalling this all right, I didn't write it down) Anyways, he's nearly 75% in both weight & height, so growing accordingly.

Happy 1st Birthday Tubby!! We love you!!

Sandbox....

If you ever call, and we don't answer; odds are that we're out in the sand, or the swingset. The kids LOVE to play in the sand. Carolyn had her Hawiaan doll in the dozer, to which she tied a horse behind it. Her girl had roped a wild horse and was taking it to the corral (where Benji was waiting)

John loves to sit on his little bike. He rocks it trying to make it go. If that doesn't work, he will stand up on the seat!!

Boys, Boys, Boys

This blog is dedicated to our nephew, Wyatt. He will make grandson #4. The boys are excited to get another BOY.. that makes the odds better; 5 girls to 4 boys! We can't wait for the adoption to become final, so you can come home and meet everyone. We miss you Aunt Tanya, Uncle Charles & Larissa too.
