Clearance Cookie Fun
What Mom doesn't love a good bargain? Especially all those 75% off 'after-the-holiday' clearance sales! Granted these cookies were a tad crunchy... the kids didn't care. The fun was decorating the cookies. Then picking the decorations off and eating them. No one even wanted to eat the cookie.

Julia was just licking the frosting off also...then she was wanting us to redecorate them:-) Looks like they were enjoying themselves!!

What fun! I saw kits like that before Christmas and thought of making some at home... but it didn't happen. We had fun with our "you've got mail" cupcakes though and I guess that will have to be enough.

I have not thought about doing them after the holidays - that makes so much sense. And with all the snow days we have had, it would have been nice to have something in the house to fill the time.
