Naptime anyone?

The other day I told the kids to get ready to lay down for a rest. This is what they did. Naturally their "nap time" lasted a few minutes at most!
I know there are lots of Mom's that come across this blog... so I was wondering if I could get some help from ya'll. With winter already here.. we'll be spending way more time inside than the kids (and me) would like. I'm looking for some neat, crafty & reasonable ideas/projects for my kids: 5, almost 4, 2 and 15 mos. I've run across some nice craft blogs already, but I'd love more! Thank you so much!!

My kids had a blast driving tractors through a tub of split peas....they couldn't stay away from it.

Maybe you already do this but my kids (more Nolan) love to help me cook. If I chop up carrots and potatoes they like to put them one by one into the pan-takes forever but it is fun for them. Things like that.

Hope you don't mind if we steal some of these ideas! We're always looking for new fun stuff to do!

We have used dry beans and pasta in a rubbermaid bin as an "indoor" sand box. We also just borrowed a mini slide from some friends for indoor use-- fun, fun! On this week's list are home made playdough, flubber, and a trip to the library!! ~A
