Not exactly planned, but what can you do?

John will no longer be the baby brother. The kids are thrilled to say the least. They've already picked out a name, and promise to love it, help feed it, and all that great stuff. They don't realize it won't happen over night... This wasn't exactly in the plan, so it's taking some adjusting.

And to those who think I'm talking about a dog or a cat... you're mistaken. I am talking about a kid..
John is happy to not be the baby brother....

Meet their new baby sister... Sally the goat She is the runt of triplets, and her mother abandoned her. So she needs bottle feed. Benji is extremely proud of his "sister" (who is only 2 days old)The kids were thrilled when they 1st met Sally. The kids and Aunt Tanya are hoping for another thing... but Sally is just here during the day, while Tanya has appts and errands. She WILL be going home. When she gets older, meaning doesn't have to be bottle feed, and can stay outside, we MAY re-consider. Sorry kids, no pun intended, but Mommy and Daddy don't want a baby goat running around their house, even if it's currently trapped inside a pack-in-play!

Ah, come one Heather. What's one more kid? One more mouth to feed? Benjie will take care of Sally. I know he would love to. TeeHee!

I wouldn't mind a baby goat.. ONCE it can take care of itself... But Daddy is the one who isn't keen on goats... period! We'll see.. :)

Now thats the kind of kid we could do around here too! Your kids are so lucky to be raised in that enviroment. Cute and funny post.
